MCSA Flag Football delivers an exciting experience for K–8th grade athletes in a non-contact environment. Our program emphasizes skill development, fun, and sportsmanship, helping players build confidence both on and off the field.
Our program is guided by Ukiah High School Head Varsity Football Coach Paul Cronin, alongside coaches Jack Brown and Bryan Morris. With years of experience, enthusiasm, and a commitment to youth success, our expert coaching team provides a supportive environment where players thrive.
From foundational skills to advanced strategy, we focus on fun and skill development ensuring every athlete grows both as a player and a person.

Location: Ukiah High School Turf (Under the lights – Sunday Night Lights vibe)
Schedule:
✔ K–5th Grade: 6:30 – 8:00 PM
✔ 6th–8th Grade: 7:30 – 9:00 PM
