Join MCSA's Spring Track & Field Program!


At MCSA, we’re dedicated to helping young athletes achieve their full potential through top-notch coaching and a supportive environment. Led by Coach Michael Teagardin (Coach T), an award-winning coach with over a decade of experience, our Track & Field program is designed to inspire, challenge, and grow athletes of all skill levels. Perfect for kids ages 5-17. 


From sprints and mid-distance runs to jumps and throws, this program provides a well-rounded foundation in track and field while building strength, endurance, and confidence.


SPRING SEASON STARTS WEEK OF FEBRUARY 24TH


Program Details:
🏟 Training Location: Ukiah High School Track
📅 Season Dates: February 25th - May 31st
🏅 Meets: 5–6 scheduled spring meets (subject to adjustment)
📆 Practice Schedule:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM


Program Highlights

  • Expert coaching by Coach Michael Teagardin who has trained All-Americans and led championship teams. He will lead a professional staff of coaches. 
  • A comprehensive training program tailored to athletes’ unique needs and goals.
  • Opportunities to compete, improve, and gain valuable life skills such as commitment and discipline.


Fee Structure
📦 All-Inclusive Fee for the spring season: $795
Includes uniform, training shirt, meet fees, and more!
💳 Payment Options: Pay in full or 4 installments of $198.75

Need help financially. Scholarships are available. We will not let $$ get in the way.
